Delivery 

Delivery time includes us receiving your order, production ( as we use print on demand services) and delivery to you. You will see the final costs and delivery times at checkout.

Return Policy

We are 100% online store and we are using print on demand services, which offers a fresh approach to product fulfilment, providing various advantages such as decreased waste, flexibility and worldwide distribution. What is the most important to us is to be kind to the planet and do not produce unnecessary products. This is the reason why we use print on demand services. We do not accept returns of our product as this is made especially for you and each order is personalised. 

Refunds 

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through us. If you receive defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us within 28 days of receiving the item and we will do everything in our power to find a solution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. We ask that you send photos of any defect to madammercury24@gmail.com.

If a replacement order is not feasible or you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, we will give you a full refund.
